Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your choices early in order to avoid missing out. Registration packages will be mailed to you once we receive payment/registration information. Registration packages will be mailed to you once we have received your information. The package will contain admission tickets, directional maps and bird checklist.

CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately we are not able to refund your payments, however you may transfer your registration to someone else
if you would prefer.

A friendly reminder ***Because we are birding in Northwestern Ontario in the spring, we must remember that the weather can
be snowing one minute and then
sunny and warm the next
...sunscreen or mittens...who knows?

***Washroom facilities are available
at all locations

DAY ONE MAY 28, 2011

FEE FOR THIS DAY IS $85 FEE FOR THIS DAY IS $85

This day is our kick-off day. Everyone will meet at the Dorion Community Centre, on Dorion Loop Road, at 8 AM,at register, recieve a gift bag, then enjoy a great buffet breakfast.

After a brief welcome, birders will board their respective buses and begin the day of great birding at Hurkett Cove and Ouimet Canyon Provincial Park.

Lunch will be provided on site, and the day will continue. Following the day of birding, you will return to Community Centre and have a chance to bid on various items in a silent auction, mingle and share the day's experiences. A delicious buffet supper will be served, followed by a review of the day's bird list, presentations, and attendance prizes.

DAY TWO MAY 29, 2011
FEE FOR THIS DAY IS $40

The morning will be spent on a portion of the Nipigon River Trail closest to Nipigon. Birders will m Nipigon trail

eet at St. Mary's Anglican Church
(12 2nd Street) at
8:00 a.m. for registration and a light breakfast, before heading out on the trail. Lunch will be served back at the Church at 1 p.m. followed by a wrap-up and attendance prizes.
